District 19 CSB Board of Directors has allocated annual funding to support the "Strong Bonds" program administered by the Chaplains office at Ft. Lee. This program provides assistance for couples and families who want to make their relationships the best it can be. The Chaplains office provides added focus on the stresses and challenges faced by Military families.
