Intellectual Disabilities (ID) Case Management is the central point of entry into intellectual disabilities services. Based on the outcome of the intake process and individual choice, children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities may be linked to vocational services, educational services, day support services, residential services, behavior management services, respite services, consumer directed services, personal care services, etc. Children's Clinical and Prevention Services ID Case Management services are available to persons throughout the District 19 catchment area and are usually provided in the consumer’s natural environment (i.e., home, group home, day support program, vocational program, etc.).
