Position Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist |
District 19 Community Services Board is seeking a qualified applicant to evaluate mental health support services to individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities. Essential duties of this position include: assessment and authorization of adults seeking mental health support services, supervision of QMHP eligible employees, quality assurance of documentation submitted to payor sources. The applicant will be responsible for the review and overall quality of Individual Service Plans and related consumer documentation. Successful applicant must have professional license (i.e. Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, etc.); Master’s degree in human services field; experience working with consumers with mental health; personal computer skills; and possess a valid Virginia driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
